Privacy details

When you place a booking, the organizer's website records the name and email address you provide, the selected tickets, their prices, the booking status and a private ticket access code. It uses these details to process the booking, send ticket information and check admission.

Payments

Card payments use Stripe Checkout. The booking record stores payment references and totals; card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout page.

Access and questions

Authorized organizer staff can see booking details needed to manage tickets and check guests in. Each organizer uses its own workspace database. Keep your booking link and admission QR private. Contact the organizer for questions about your information at testopenaiopenai@gmail.com.
