Ticket protection

Review the ticket price and fees before completing payment. A ticket's admission QR appears after the booking is confirmed and may admit one guest one time. Keep the QR and booking link private; anyone with access to them could present the ticket.

At the door

Staff scan the code to verify its current status. A used, suspended or refunded ticket cannot be used again. Bring your confirmation and contact the organizer if your ticket is missing or your event changes.

Refunds and assistance

The event organizer manages event details and refund decisions. Contact them for help at testopenaiopenai@gmail.com. Your booking summary shows the ticket and fee amounts.
